Approach:

Detailed understanding of existing manual processes resulted in a well-defined Dataverse data model, surfaced to users via a Model-driven Power App. Enforcement of processes governed by Business Process Flows, combined with advanced JavaScript validation to ensure compliance. Power Automate was used to deliver reminders and notifications to internal team members to drive behaviour. Management reporting deliver via a combination of Azure Function-based imports and Power BI
