Approach:

Leverage a Model-driven Power App infused with multiple Business Process Flows to guide users through complicated processes. Use event-driven Power Automate approach to generate and pre-populate documents, all stored on SharePoint. Outlook integration was enabled to facilitate seamless email communication. Leverage Power FX commanding to enhance user functionality through additional ribbon elements. Leverage Custom Pages and Canvas app to extend user functionality, enabling bulk Photo-uploading via mobile (by leveraging the MS Graph API) as well as custom Project Planning functionality.
