Approach:
We deployed a centralised Model-driven Power App application to allow users access to a full suite of productivity tools from a single entry point. Well-defined Business Process Flows were implemented to guide users through a compliant Tax submission journey.The applications was integrated with SharePoint for document storage and leveraged Power Automate to deliver communication automations through WhatsApp and SendGrid integrations. All management-level reporting was delivered through Power BI. End-users were provided with access to their data via a bubble.io custom Portal
